In case I don't get back up here today I wanted to give you a quick update. We're having a good day. Dinky has been smiling away. He's been doing his big gummy, eye-squinty smiles. We just expect to hear him burst out laughing at any time.

Unfortunately he may not have as good a day tomorrow. He'll be going to the O.R. for a bronch and another dilation of his esophagus. The surgeon said he will be intubated at some point but hopefully won't come back intubated. These recent episodes appear to be related more to his lungs but they just want to rule out the airway once and for all. He'll be going about 11 am. I'll update you as soon as he gets back.
