Things were pretty quiet today, so Dinky decided to open his lovely eyes and pose for some photos. We can't tell yet if his eye color is blue, green, or brown ... he's our little chameleon. As you can see, he's also a sharp dresser! In the picture below, he's attired in his blue snowflake robe, which he likes to don after a hard day in the office. The look is complemented by a debonair cap ... "men's hats are making a comeback this Spring", he predicts :)

Okay, little buddy, now that you have your eyes open a bit, you can see that you have a ton of admirers and wellwishers. Seems that the majority are female, but you won't learn to appreciate that until later:-)
You have a big week ahead, so all kidding aside. It sounds like you are gathering all your strength and resolve to jump this last big hurdle that will allow you to go home--- your home, your bed, your food... no nurses poking, no doctors glaring, no tubes, monitors and all that hassle. Just your home, and your Mom and your Dad holding you, hugging you and touching you every chance they can get from then on.
What a day of rejoicing that will be!!!

Oh my. Well my little stylish friend Edison, if this love for fashion continues, you and your "Auntie" Sue are going to have lots to talk about! Here's hoping that we can pour over the gigantic Fall volume of Vogue together! (Don't worry Mom & Dad, "Uncle" Charlie will balance it out with a heapin' helpin' of Sports Illustrated.)
